How do I shop on your website?
In a word - easily! Your exact route will depend upon whether you're a member of the public or the press, but either way it is very straightforward.
If you're a returning customer you'll be logged in immediately upon entering the site and any photos you subsequently find through using either our quick search box to the right or our detailed search page can be added to your album simply by clicking on the link below them.
When you're happy with your selection, click on Process Album and you can either enter your credit/debit card details if you're a member of the public, or request the photo(s) to be sent to you if you're a member of the press.
Why do I have to set up an account with you?
If you order or request photos from us we will require you to enter some details so that we can easily identify you on future visits. These details are very simple and straightforward and for security reasons will not include any credit card or debit card details. Your account details will only be used to process and despatch your photos to you, to keep you in touch with the latest updates to our site (if you so choose), and to monitor visits to our site so that we can tailor it more effectively to our customers.

Is it safe to give you my credit/debit card details?
In fact you won't be giving your card details to us at all. We use WorldPay to process your order; a company that has been providing extremely safe and secure online shopping services for many years.
Full encryption is carried out on your card details before it is sent across the Internet to them, so please feel safe shopping with us.
What size are the photos available in, and how can I make special orders?
The photos are all sold 4 different sizes; 10 inch by 7 inch, 8 inch by 12, 10 inch by 12 inch and 16 inch by 12 inch.
If you require special orders (enlargements, framed photos, etc.) please contact us and we will be delighted to help.
My photos have either not arrived or arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please inform us immediately of any substandard or incorrectly supplied photos because they need to be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery. If your order has not arrived within 7 days please let us know and we can investigate.
Refunds will be issued within 28 days.
